What is Yeast?

Its crucial role involves fermenting sugars found in flour, culminating in the release of carbon dioxide. Application: Used for fermenting all kinds of pasta, such as bread and pizza
Ingredients: Natural Yeast, Emulsifier(Meet the standard of Halal Certification)
Usage: Suitable for making salty bread(low sugar) and sweet bread(high sugar)
Dosage 0.8~1.2 for bakery,0.3~0.5 for others
Storage: Store in Cool&Dry Places. Once opening, the yeast should be stored in the refrigeration,. You can store yeast in the freezer, which will pause its activity and prolong its shelf life.Just be sure to palce it in a well-sealed container before freezing.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the sate of production
How to Use: Mixing the yeast into flour, ad water,and stir well. Or knead with the pasta as dough for fermenting.
Control the water temperatgure and the fermenting temperature at 35~38ºC
Avoid directly adding the bread yeast into oil or cold water

High Sugar Yeast Low Sugar Yeast
When crafting mouthwatering breads that are rich in sugar or oil (with a sugar content of 7% to 18%), the use of instant dry yeast specifically formulated for high sugar content is the ideal choice. Conversely, for breads that are low in sugar or entirely sugar-free (sugar content from 0% to 7%), low sugar instant dry yeast is the perfect solution to achieve delightful results.
Choose high sugar yeast for recipes demanding sweet or rich doughs (sugar percentage 7~18%). For recipes with low sugar or no sugar, select low sugar yeast (sugar percentage 0~7%) to ensure the best results.
