Instant Dry Yeast

High Sugar Yeast Low Sugar Yeast
When crafting delectable breads rich in sugar or oil (sugar content of 7% to 18%), using instant dry yeast specifically formulated for high sugar content is ideal. In contrast, for breads low in sugar or entirely sugar-free (sugar content from 0% to 7%), low sugar instant dry yeast offers the perfect solution to achieve delightful results.
Opt for high sugar yeast for recipes demanding sweet or rich doughs with a sugar percentage of 7~18%. For recipes with low or no sugar, select low sugar yeast with a sugar percentage of 0~7% to ensure optimal results.
