What is Yeast?

Application: Used for fermenting all kinds of pasta, such as bread and pizza

Usage: Suitable for making salty bread(low sugar) and sweet bread(high sugar)
Dosage 0.8~1.2 for bakery,0.3~0.5 for others
Storage: Store in Cool&Dry Places. Once opening, the yeast should be stored in the refrigeration,. You can store yeast in the freezer, which will pause its activity and prolong its shelf life.Just be sure to palce it in a well-sealed container before freezing.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the sate of production
How to Use: Mixing the yeast into flour, ad water,and stir well. Or knead with the pasta as dough for fermenting.
Control the water temperatgure and the fermenting temperature at 35~38ºC
Avoid directly adding the bread yeast into oil or cold water

High Sugar Yeast Low Sugar Yeast
For crafting bread with a high sugar or heavy oil content (sugar percentage ranging from 7~18%), it is recommended to use instant dry yeast specifically designed for high sugar applications. Conversely, low sugar instant dry yeast is perfect for baking bread that is sugar-free or has low sugar content (sugar percentage between 0~7%).
For bread with sugar content ranging from 7~18%, please use instant dry yeast formulated for high sugar. For sugar content from 0~7%, opt for the appropriate low sugar variant.
