Instant Dry Yeast

High Sugar Yeast Low Sugar Yeast
For crafting bread with a high sugar or heavy oil content (sugar percentage ranging from 7~18%), it is recommended to use instant dry yeast specifically designed for high sugar applications. Conversely, low sugar instant dry yeast is perfect for baking bread that is sugar-free or has low sugar content (sugar percentage between 0~7%).
For bread with sugar content ranging from 7~18%, please use instant dry yeast formulated for high sugar. For sugar content from 0~7%, opt for the appropriate low sugar variant.
