High Sugar Yeast Low Sugar Yeast
For crafting bread enriched with significant sugar or oil content (sugar percentage 7~18%), the use of instant dry yeast tailored for high sugar content is essential. Conversely, low sugar instant dry yeast is the ideal choice for whipping up sugar-free or low sugar (sugar percentage 0~7%) bread, ensuring the perfect bake every time.
For high sugar content (7~18%), ensure the use of instant dry yeast. For low sugar (0~7%), opt for low sugar instant dry yeast.
