On the other hand, for sugar-free or low sugar bread, with sugar content ranging from 0% to 7%, low sugar instant dry yeast is the preferred option.
For bread with a sugar content ranging from 7% to 18%, select high sugar instant dry yeast, while for bread with 0% to 7% sugar content, low sugar instant dry yeast is the ideal selection.
