High Sugar Yeast Low Sugar Yeast
When crafting bread with high sugar or heavy oil content (7-18% sugar), choose instant dry yeast tailored for high sugar applications. For sugar-free or low sugar bread (0-7% sugar), opt for low sugar instant dry yeast for the perfect rise and texture.
For breads with sugar content from 7 to 18%, use instant dry yeast specifically formulated for high sugar. For those with 0 to 7% sugar, select the suitable low sugar yeast variant.
