High Sugar Yeast Low Sugar Yeast
To create luxurious bread that contains high sugar or heavy oil (with a sugar content between 7~18%), it is advisable to use instant dry yeast designed for such conditions. On the other hand, for making sugar-free or low-sugar bread (with a sugar content ranging from 0~7%), low sugar instant dry yeast is the perfect choice.
For bread with a sugar content of 7~18%, the use of instant dry yeast tailored for high sugar is suggested. For bread with a sugar content of 0~7%, low sugar instant dry yeast is ideal.
